to permit or situate.  Since these projects are
difficult to build competition is more limited and
they are extremely profitable for our clients.

Some of our recent projects for clients include:

Auto Parts City -  Acquired land and building for,
and permitted, a 20 acre state of the art vehicle
recycling facility in central Lake County, IL after the
client had failed to secure approvals for over seven
years.  Since it is so difficult to get zoning for, and
meet the EPA requirements, for this type of facility it
is very profitable for the owners.

Laurel Park Rowhomes: Assisted a client in
their acquisition of a partially built, luxury town home
development in Highland Park, IL.  Currently building
out the partially constructed homes and marketing.

Maine Plastics - Acquired land and arranged
development team for a 250,000 square foot plastic
recycling facility in Zion, IL.

RIMCO represents Client in sale of 502,000
square foot building on 54 acres in Lake
County, IL

In January 2008, RIMCO represented a private client in one of
the largest real estate sales in Lake County in recent
memory.  The Lorrell Business Center on Route 41 just south
of Route 137 in North Chicago, IL was sold to Centerpointe
Properties.  The property is one of the largest
manufacturing/warehouse facilities in Lake County and
represented one of the largest land parcels available.

RIMCO advises client on sale of 15 acre

In December 2007 RIMCO assisted its client, JLB LLC, in the
sale of a 15 acre industrial parcel together with 45,000
square  feet of buildings located at 3650 Washington Street in
Gurnee, IL.  This sale to an affiliate of Ahern Investments, was
the second part of a transaction (see below) to revamp the
JLB Portfolio and relocate one of their portfolio companies.  
The two transactions included a total of 34 acres.

RIMCO represents Client in PUD Approval and
Acquisition of 19 acre facility

On October 26, 2007 RIMCO advised its Client, JLB LLC,
regarding their acquisition of two parcels totalling 19 acres
containing a 30,000 square foot office building and vehicle
maintenance facility at 3535 Washington, Gurnee, IL.  RIMCO
advised and represented JLB before the Gurnee Village
Board and Plan Commission in a two year process to classify
the property and proposed development as a PUD.

RIMCO affiliated LLC Acquires a 59,875 Square
Foot Shopping Center in Orland Park, IL

On April 18, 2006 RIMCO led the acquisition of Orland
Park Plaza, a 59,875 square foot retail center located   
at 156th Street and 94th Avenue in Orland Park, IL.  The
center is
immediately next to the new Lowe's which is under
on LaGrange Road.  The center, which is currently 100%
and 72% occupied, will undergo a major renovation over the
several years.  Metro Commercial Realty has been retained
leasing agent.

RIMCO affiliated Partnership Acquires Interest
in Chase Bank Building In Downtown Wilmette,

RIMCO, in joint venture with Beth Corporation, has
acquired  an interest in the Chase Bank Plaza building at
1200 Central Street in Downtown Wilmette, IL.  The 40,000
square foot, three story building is 100% occupied.

RIMCO affiliated Partnership to Develop the
Former Ford Dealership Site On Green Bay
Road in Wilmette, IL

RIMCO, in a joint venture with Beth Corporation, has         
acquired the approximately one acre former Ford Dealership
on Green Bay Road in downtown Wilmette, IL. for

This major mixed use development totaling approximately
$30 million will include retail, residential and parking uses.

Mitchell Miller, President of The RIMCO Companies LLC,  
said, "This acquisition will begin the process of
revitalizing and energizing downtown Wilmette.  We are      
encouraged by the tremendous community support we
have received".

RIMCO Closes on a 225,000 Square Foot, 31
Development Site on Behalf of Client

In May 2005 RIMCO, on behalf of its client, advised on the        
purchase of two parcels totaling 31 acres and containing
110,250 square feet of office/commercial space.

RIMCO assembled the team of architects, engineers,
contractors and professionals and assisted in getting
approval from the local and state agencies involved.  When
complete in early 2006 , the facility will be the client's world
headquarters and primary manufacturing and distribution

Single Tenant Net Leased Facility Acquired by
RIMCO for Private Client

RIMCO, on behalf of a private client, acquired the a single
tenant net leased new development leased to Murray's  
Discount Auto Store (owned by CSK Auto NYSE symbol CAO)
inCalumet CIty, IL.
